230 g Cheese, goat, hard

80 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

30 g Butter, unsalted

2 dl Water

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

Cut the cheese into 10 x 10 cm pieces, about 1.5 cm thick. Pour warm water into a bowl and sprinkle flour onto a plate. Dip each piece of cheese first into the warm water, then coat it with flour.

Melt butter in a pan. Before frying each piece of cheese, quickly dip it into the warm water again, then place it in the pan. Fry the cheese pieces for about 4 minutes on each side until they turn a beautiful golden brown. Place the fried cheese pieces on paper towels to drain. Rinse the lemon under running water, dry it, cut it, and squeeze out the juice. Pour this juice over the cheese, which you can place on small plates or serve in a dish.
