Baked Ground Meat with Garlic Bread

Peel the onion and chop it finely. Cut the bacon into pieces. Heat oil in a deep pan and first fry the bacon, then add the onion and fry it together with the bacon until it becomes translucent.

Add the ground meat, season with chili, and fry everything together, stirring occasionally, until the meat pieces are lightly browned. Mix in the chopped tomatoes and spices, then pour in the broth. Cook over moderate heat for about 25 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Transfer the ground meat in sauce to a deep baking dish and spread it evenly over the entire surface. Place the sliced garlic bread with butter on top. Drizzle everything with a little oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
