Wash and peel the mango. Cut it lengthwise, trying to avoid the pit. Practice will help with this.

Place the mango halves in a pan where you have previously melted butter. Cook each side for about 4 minutes on low heat. Meanwhile, roughly chop the pistachios and toast them in a hot pan without fat.

Place the baked mango on a plate and drizzle honey over the top. Sprinkle with pistachios. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side or on top, lightly drizzling it with vinaigrette.
