Ingredients
-
12 pieces Meat, chicken, wings
-
4 spoon Oil, olive
-
2 teaspoons Spices, paprika
-
pieces Juice, lemon
-
1.5 teaspoons Sugar, brown
-
1 teaspoon Salt, table
-
1 piece Chili peppers, red chili, fresh
-
pieces Garlic, fresh
-
pieces Rosemary, fresh
Steps
-
Wash the chili pepper under running water and remove the seeds. Slice it into rings. Crush the garlic cloves with a knife but do not peel them.
-
In a large plastic container with a lid, prepare the marinade for the chicken wings by mixing olive oil, sugar, paprika, and lemon juice. Add the crushed garlic cloves, sliced chili pepper, and if desired, some rosemary sprigs. Mix the ingredients well.
-
Add the chicken wings to the container and mix them well with the prepared marinade. Close the container with a lid and store it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
-
Before baking the chicken wings, preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Arrange the marinated chicken wings in a baking dish so that they do not touch each other, allowing them to bake more evenly and beautifully. Pour all the marinade from the container over the wings.
-
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Turn the wings a few times during baking, and for the last 5 minutes, bake them under the grill to make the skin crispy.
-
Serve the baked chicken wings on plates. Drizzle them with some of the sauce that formed in the baking dish and serve with your chosen side dish.
