Baked Muesli (Granola) with Yogurt and Fruit
Homemade baked muesli (also known as granola) is truly something exceptional. Combined with yogurt (or milk) and fruit, you can enjoy it for breakfast or a snack, and it’s also great on its own as a healthy treat.

50 g Margarine

10 g Sugar, brown

30 g Syrup, corn

150 g Oat bran, raw

50 g Nuts, almonds

50 g Raisins

25 g Nuts, hazelnuts

Steps

Gently melt the margarine in a bowl with sugar and syrup. Once you have a uniform mixture, add the oats, almonds, raisins, and hazelnuts, and quickly roast everything together on low heat.

Line a small baking tray with parchment paper. Spread the prepared mixture evenly across the surface. Bake the muesli for about 10 minutes in an oven preheated to a maximum of 150 degrees Celsius. Then, mix the mixture well and let it bake for a bit longer until the oats turn a beautiful golden brown color.
