Baked Mushrooms with Cheese
A simple dish for picnics or as a snack at a party. Although the dish is tasty, do not overdo it, as mushrooms are heavy to digest.

Ingredients

500 g Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh

0.25 bouquet Parsley, fresh

2 pod Garlic, fresh

2 teaspoons Oil, olive

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

1 pinch Salt, table

100 g Cheese, edamame

2 twigs Thyme, fresh
Steps

Clean the mushrooms and rinse them quickly under running water (clean with a damp cloth). Carefully remove the stems and chop them finely. Peel the garlic and chop it finely. Wash the parsley, shake it dry, and chop it finely. Cut the cheese into thin slices that are about the same size as the mushroom caps.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. In a bowl, mix all the chopped ingredients and olive oil. Season lightly with pepper and salt to taste. Stuff the mushroom caps with the prepared mixture.

Arrange the stuffed mushroom caps on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the tray in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Five minutes before the end of baking, place a thin slice of cheese on top of each mushroom cap.

Arrange the baked mushrooms on a serving plate, garnish with thyme leaves, and serve.

Advice
Instead of parsley, you can also use oregano, basil… Mushrooms can also be grilled.
