Ingredients

24 pieces Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh

1 spoon Oil, olive

2 pod Garlic, fresh

220 g Cheese, creamy

40 g Cheese, Parmesan, grated

0.25 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black

0.25 teaspoons Spices, onion powder

2 pinch Spices, pepper, red or cayenne

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Clean the mushroom caps with a damp cloth, carefully remove the stems. Arrange the caps on a baking tray lined with baking paper, finely chop the stems (discard the lower part of the stems). Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Add the chopped stems and quickly sauté them while stirring. Then add the garlic and sauté everything together until the garlic becomes fragrant. Remove from heat and let it cool.

In a bowl, place the cream cheese. Mix it with the sautéed stems, garlic, onion powder, grated Parmesan, and pepper. Fill the mushroom caps with the prepared mixture. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

While the mushrooms are baking, rinse the parsley under running water, shake it well, and finely chop it. Serve the baked mushrooms on a plate or platter, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve.
