Baked Pancakes with Ham and Cheese

Steps

Mix milk, eggs, flour, and salt to make a thick batter for pancakes and let it rest for 30 minutes before cooking.

Cut the ham into pieces, peel and wash the onions, and slice them into rings (discard the green part). Melt butter in a pan and sauté the ham and onion. Remove the pan from the heat, let the mixture cool to lukewarm, then mix in the cream cheese and season the filling with pepper and salt to taste.

Place a pancake pan on the stove and heat it well. Lightly grease it with oil, then pour in enough batter to thinly cover the bottom. Once the pancake is cooked on the bottom, flip it with a spatula and cook the other side. Place the cooked pancake on a warmed plate. Repeat the process until the batter is used up. Grease the pan with oil as needed.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread the prepared filling over the pancakes, roll them up, and cut them into pieces. Arrange the pieces upright in a greased baking dish.

Whisk the eggs in a bowl and mix them with sour cream. Pour this mixture over the pancakes in the baking dish, and sprinkle with grated cheese before baking. Place the dish in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
