Peel the onion and garlic, then finely chop them separately. Rinse the chicken fillet, dry it with paper towels, and cut it into pieces.

Heat olive oil in a deep pan and sauté the chopped onion until translucent. Add the chicken pieces, season with pepper and salt, and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the chicken changes color. Add the garlic, wait until it becomes fragrant, then pour in the broth and cream. Add the pasta and bring everything to a boil. Cover the pan, reduce the heat, and let the dish simmer gently for 15 to 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to the broil function. Remove the pan from the heat and mix the grated Parmesan into the cooked pasta.

Lightly grease a deep baking dish with oil or butter and pour in half of the pasta. Spread it evenly over the entire surface and sprinkle with half of the grated mozzarella. Cover with the remaining pasta, then top with the rest of the mozzarella mixed with grated Parmesan. Bake the dish in the preheated oven for another 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and nicely golden brown.
