Ingredients
-
3 pieces Peach, fresh
-
1 spoon Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
1 spoon Walnuts
-
2 spoons Oat bran, raw
-
2 spoons Sugar, brown
-
0.25 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground
-
2 spoons Butter, unsalted
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Halve ripe but not too soft peaches and remove the pits. Slightly hollow out the halves to make room for the filling. You can eat the scooped-out flesh right away or save it for making a smoothie.
-
In a small bowl, mix oats, chopped walnuts/almonds/hazelnuts, flour, ground cinnamon, and brown sugar. Add cubed butter to the mixture and use your fingers to work it into the dry ingredients until it resembles crumbs.
-
Place the peach halves in a deep baking dish lined with parchment paper. Fill the hollows with the prepared filling.
-
Place the dish in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until the peaches soften and the topping is lightly browned.
-
Serve the dessert warm or let it cool before serving.
