Ingredients

3 pieces Pear, fresh

60 g Powdered sugar

2.5 spoons Butter, unsalted

180 ml Alcohol, Wine, White

1 piece Spices, cinnamon, ground

4 spoon Cheese, creamy
Steps

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Wash the pears and cut them into quarters. Remove the stems and cores.

Grease a small deep baking dish with butter. Arrange the pear quarters in the dish (cut side up). Sprinkle the pears with powdered sugar. Add a cinnamon stick and the remaining butter to the dish, then pour in the wine. Place the dish in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Baste the pears several times with the liquid from the dish during baking.

When the pears are golden brown on top and softened, remove the dish from the oven. Serve the still-warm pears on plates, drizzled with the sauce from the dish. Garnish the baked pears with mascarpone and serve the prepared dessert.
