100 g Cheese, ricotta

0.5 teaspoons Spices, cinnamon, ground
-
4 spoon Honey
-
1 handful Walnuts
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Wash the pears, dry them, and cut them in half lengthwise. Use a round cutter or spoon to scoop out the centers of the halves.
-
Place the hollowed pear halves on a baking tray lined with parchment paper (cut side facing up). Mix the ricotta with cinnamon and two tablespoons of honey. Fill the pear halves with the ricotta mixture. Place the tray in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
-
Roughly chop the walnut kernels. Remove the tray from the oven. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the pears and filling, then drizzle everything with the remaining honey. Bake the pears in the preheated oven for another 10 minutes until they soften and caramelize nicely. Serve while still warm. A scoop of ice cream pairs perfectly alongside.
