Baked Peppers with Potatoes
One of the best meatless dishes for me is baked peppers with potatoes. How juicy it is, those who havent tried it cant even imagine. At the end, for special satisfaction and enjoyment, you can use a piece of bread to wipe the baking dish… Its literally finger-licking good!

Ingredients
-
500 g Bell pepper, yellow, fresh
-
1.5 kg Potatoes, white
-
1 piece Onion, raw
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
1 spoon Spices, dried green
-
pieces Salt, table
-
0.5 dl Water
-
1 dl Oil, plant, sunflower
-
1 dl Sweet cream
Steps
-
Cut the peppers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and wash them. Peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into one-centimeter pieces. Peel and grate the onion. Peel the garlic and press or finely chop it.
-
Place the chopped potatoes, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, water, and spice mix into a baking dish and mix everything directly in the dish. Add oil and mix again.
-
Smooth out the ingredients in the baking dish, then arrange the halved peppers on top, which you previously salt. Use your hands to spread oil over the peppers as well.
-
Bake the dish for about 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees Celsius. All the ingredients should be nicely baked.
-
When the peppers and potatoes get a nice color, take the baking dish out of the oven and pour a deciliter of sweet cream over the dish. Bake for another 10 minutes. Let it rest on the counter for a few minutes before serving.
