500 g Fish, cockle

10 g Butter, unsalted

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

1 can Corn, yellow, in brine

2 piece Tomato, red

10 twig Thyme, raw

Rinse the pork chops under running water and dry them with a paper towel. Season each piece on both sides with salt. Wash the tomatoes, clean them, and cut them into cubes. Drain the corn from the can and rinse it under running water. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.

Melt the butter in a pan and cook the pork chops for 5 minutes. Turn them only once during cooking. Arrange them on plates, then add the corn and tomato pieces to the pan and pour in 0.5 dl of water. Quickly cook everything together until the tomatoes soften slightly. Season the cooked vegetables to taste, arrange them on the plates, and garnish with parsley sprigs. Serve the dish.
