Baked Potatoes with Ham and Cheese in Béchamel Sauce
Before baking, the potatoes are thinly sliced, keeping them connected on one side. This allows them to fan out during baking, making it easy to insert pieces of cheese and ham between the slices. The dish is then topped with béchamel sauce, sprinkled with grated cheese, and baked in the oven. You can imagine that the final dish is incredibly flavorful and will surely become a regular on your menu. Serve it with a bowl of salad, or you can also present the baked potatoes as a side dish to a nice piece of beef.

10 slice Cheese, groats
-
10 slice Ham, pressed

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Wash the potatoes under running water and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.

Remove the baked potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly. Then, alternately insert pieces of cheese and ham between the slices.
-
Pour béchamel sauce over the stuffed potatoes and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Return the dish to the oven for another 20 minutes, until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.
