Ingredients

400 g Pasta, Macaroni

1 pod Garlic, fresh

3 spoons Oil, olive

1 teaspoon Spices, basil, dried

3 pinch Spices, parsley, dried

2 pinch Bell pepper, red, fresh

1.5 spoons Cheese, Parmesan, grated
Steps

Place a large pot of salted water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Add the ravioli and cook for 5 minutes (just until they float to the top). Drain the ravioli well. Peel and wash the garlic, then finely chop it.

Place a pan on the stove and heat the oil. Add the chopped garlic to the oil and quickly sauté it (no more than 30 seconds). Then add the ravioli, mix well, and sprinkle with spices. Sear them on each side for no more than 2 minutes until they turn golden brown.

Arrange the hot ravioli on plates, sprinkle with Parmesan, and serve to your guests.
