Baked Rice Pudding
Mix all the ingredients in a baking dish, place the dish in the oven, and let the oven do its work. Although it may take a bit of waiting, believe me, its worth it. The result is a light and creamy rice pudding that you simply wont be able to resist.

Advice
Rice pudding can also be flavored with the addition of ground cinnamon, cocoa powder, or vanilla. A bay leaf also works excellently as an addition. Semi-skimmed milk can be replaced with full-fat milk.
