Ingredients

700 g Fish, salmon

1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell

2.5 spoons Oil, olive

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

0.25 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black

Rinse the salmon fillets and thoroughly dry them with paper towels. Run your fingers over the meat and use tweezers to remove any small bones. Make shallow cuts into the skin of the salmon in several places. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from both halves.

In a shallow bowl, prepare the marinade using lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix the ingredients well. Place the salmon fillets in the bowl with the marinade and coat them on both sides. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least two hours.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a shallow baking dish with parchment paper. Arrange the marinated salmon fillets in the dish (skin side down). Place the dish in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve the baked fillets on plates alongside your chosen side dish.
