Rinse the salmon fillets under running water and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.

Peel the garlic and finely chop it together with the parsley. Add the chopped ingredients to a bowl along with the butter, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well to form a uniform mixture.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper, then place the salmon fillets in it, seasoning them with salt and freshly ground pepper. The skin side should be facing down.
