Steps

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and place the salmon fillet on it.

In a small bowl, crush a clove of garlic and mix it with olive oil, honey, lemon juice, and salt. Coat the fillet with the marinade on all sides, then place the baking dish in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, thinly slice the spring onion. Set aside some for garnish and mix the rest with sour cream, crushed garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

Slice the radishes thinly and toast the pine nuts in a dry pan.

Once the salmon has cooled slightly, carefully transfer it to a serving plate. Drizzle it with the cream sauce and sprinkle with the reserved sliced spring onion, sliced radishes, and toasted pine nuts. Serve the prepared dish.
