Ingredients
-
450 g Fish, salmon
-
3 spoons Oil, olive
-
1 piece Onion, raw
-
150 g Spinach, raw
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
180 g Mushrooms, mushrooms, fresh
-
60 ml Alcohol, Wine, White
-
200 ml Sweet cream
-
pieces Salt, table
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Line the baking dish in which we will bake the salmon fillets with parchment paper.
-
Rinse the salmon fillets under running water and thoroughly dry them with paper towels. Season both sides with pepper and salt, then place them in the baking dish with the skin side down. Drizzle them with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
-
While the fillets are baking, rinse the spinach and drain it well. Peel the garlic and onion. Slice the onion and finely chop the garlic. Wipe the mushrooms clean with a damp cloth and slice them.
-
Heat a little olive oil in a large pan and sauté the sliced onion until translucent. Add the sliced mushrooms, chopped garlic, and spinach. Mix the ingredients, then cover the pan and wait for the spinach to wilt and soften.
-
If necessary, remove any excess liquid from the pan that has been released from the spinach and mushrooms. Pour in the wine and wait for the alcohol to evaporate, then add the sweet cream. Stir the sauce and season it with salt and pepper to taste. Let it simmer on low heat for a few more minutes, stirring it well several times.
-
Serve the prepared sauce alongside the baked fillets on plates. Serve the dish immediately.
