Ingredients

1 kg Fish, sea bass

6 pieces Lemon, fresh, without shell

4 twig Rosemary, fresh

4 pieces Spices, bay (leaves)

0.5 dl Alcohol, Wine, White

3 spoons Oil, olive

0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
Steps

Thoroughly rinse the already cleaned fish under running water and dry them with a paper towel. Lightly salt the inside of the fish and add a bay leaf to each. Wash the lemons thoroughly and cut them into thin slices. Wash the rosemary sprigs and shake them dry.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Cover the baking dish with lemon slices and carefully place the sea bream on top. Drizzle the sea bream with olive oil and place a sprig of rosemary on each fish. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. Then pour wine over the fish and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Remove the baked sea bream from the oven and arrange them on plates. Discard the rosemary sprigs. As a side dish, you can serve boiled potatoes.
