Baked Sea Bream with Potatoes and Asparagus

500 g Potatoes, white

300 g Asparagus, fresh

4 pods Garlic, fresh

Steps

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Rinse the sea bream and dry it thoroughly with paper towels. Season it inside and out with salt, then place a bay leaf and rosemary in the cavity.

Thoroughly wash the baby potatoes under running water and scrub them if necessary. Cut them into pieces or thick slices. Peel the garlic cloves, and wash the asparagus, snapping or cutting off the woody ends.

Grease a baking dish with oil, then add the sliced potatoes and lightly season them with salt. Place them in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, remove the baking dish from the oven and add the asparagus and peeled garlic cloves. Sprinkle everything with rosemary, then place the sea bream on top and drizzle with olive oil. Reduce the oven temperature to 180°C and bake for another 30 minutes.
