Ingredients
-
pieces Dough, wonton
-
4 spoon Oil, plant, sunflower
-
250 g Meat, ground turkey
-
4 pieces Onion, young
-
pieces Ginger, fresh
-
2 pod Garlic, fresh
-
1.5 spoons Spices, curry powder
-
1 spoon Fish sauce
Steps
-
Clean the spring onion, wash it, and finely chop it. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Peel and finely grate the ginger. Place the ground meat in a bowl. Add the spring onion, garlic, ginger, curry paste, and fish sauce. Mix the ingredients well, and if desired, knead with clean hands.
-
Take a sheet of puff pastry and cut it into a 24 x 48 cm rectangle. Then cut the rectangle into 4 smaller, equally sized rectangles. Stack them and cover with a damp cloth to prevent them from drying out. Repeat the process with the remaining two sheets of pastry.
-
Take one rectangle and place it on a clean work surface. Lightly brush it with oil. Place the filling in the center, making sure to leave a small empty edge all around. Roll the pastry into a roll. Repeat the process to prepare all 12 rolls.
-
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Arrange the prepared rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with oil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or until they turn a nice golden brown.
-
Serve the baked rolls on a plate or platter and accompany them with your chosen sauce.
