Ingredients
-
800 g Fish, trout
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
3 spoons Oil, olive
-
1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell
-
1 cup Nuts, almonds
-
4 twig Parsley, fresh
Steps
-
Rinse the trout fillets under running water and dry them thoroughly. Lightly salt the fillets on both sides. Place a larger pan on the stove and heat the oil. Place the fillets in the heated oil and cook them over moderate heat, first on one side and then on the other (about 3 minutes on each side). Transfer the cooked fillets to a plate and cover to keep them warm.
-
Wash the lemon well, dry it, and cut it into slices. Place the lemon slices in the pan where the fish was cooked and fry them on both sides. When the lemons turn golden brown, remove them from the pan and place them on a plate.
-
In the same pan, add the sliced almonds and quickly toast them while stirring. Wash the parsley, dry it with a paper towel, and roughly chop it.
-
Arrange the trout fillets on plates, spoon the toasted almonds over them, and then add the fried lemon slices. Sprinkle everything with parsley and serve.

Advice
It is best to use organic lemons, whose peel is not treated with pesticides. If organic lemons are not available, soak the lemon in hot water for a few minutes and wipe it thoroughly to remove the wax, which contains toxins.
