Banana Bread with Walnuts

150 g Wheat flour, white, multi-purpose

100 g Walnuts

Steps

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius and grease a baking pan well with butter. Melt the butter in a small cup. Coarsely chop the walnut kernels. Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them well.

Place the banana slices in a large bowl and mash them well with a fork. Mix the mashed bananas with the melted butter. Use a hand whisk to help with mixing. Add the sugar, whisked eggs, and vanilla extract. Sprinkle the mixture with salt and baking powder and mix everything well. Then sift the flour over the mixture and mix it well with all the ingredients. Finally, fold in the chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes.

Remove the baked bread from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack. Once cooled, slice the bread and serve.
