2 teaspoons Vanilla, extract, imitation

100 g Yeast, dry

250 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour

60 ml Milk, whole milk

120 ml Oil, vegetable oil, canola
Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease a loaf pan with butter.

Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork. Mix them with sugar and vanilla extract or paste. Add the eggs and yeast.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt, then combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture.

Finally, mix in the milk and oil, then pour the prepared batter into the loaf pan. Bake the banana bread in the preheated oven for one hour.

Once the banana bread has cooled slightly, remove it from the pan and serve while still warm, or let it cool completely before serving.
