Ingredients
Cookie base
-
150 g Breadcrumbs, dried
-
100 g Butter, unsalted
-
3 pieces Banana, fresh
-
142 ml Sweet cream
-
400 g Cheese, creamy
-
100 g Powdered sugar
-
1 teaspoon Vanilla, extract, imitation
-
240 g Peanut butter, coarse
Steps
-
Melt the butter in a small pot. Remove the pot from the heat and let the butter cool slightly. In a food processor, finely grind the cookies. Transfer the ground cookies to a bowl and thoroughly mix them with the melted butter. Line the bottom of a cake pan (22 cm in diameter) with the cookie mixture, pressing it firmly with your hands (or the back of a spoon). Place the pan in the refrigerator to let the cookie base set.
-
Peel the thawed bananas and mash them well with a fork in a bowl. Whip the sweet cream until stiff. In another bowl, using an electric mixer set to medium speed, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter until creamy.
-
First, mix the cream cheese and sugar mixture into the peanut butter. Then, fold in the mashed bananas, and finally, gently fold in the whipped cream. Pour the prepared mixture over the cookie base. Use a spoon or spatula to spread it evenly across the pan and smooth the top. Place the pan in the freezer for several hours to let the dessert set (you can leave it overnight).
-
Before serving, take the frozen dessert out of the freezer and let it thaw slightly in the refrigerator for about 1.5 hours. Then, carefully remove it from the pan. Place it on a serving plate or platter and decorate with chocolate drizzle and banana slices.

Advice
If you use ripe bananas for the dessert, you can skip the step of freezing the bananas.
