400 g Yogurt, plain, from whole milk

Peel the bananas and cut them into evenly thick slices. Arrange them in a single layer on a plate or a smaller baking dish and store in the freezer for 4 hours until completely frozen.

Add the frozen banana slices along with cocoa, yogurt, agave syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until smooth. You can serve it immediately or transfer it to a metal container (approximately 1.5 liters in volume) and store it in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours until completely frozen.

Advice
