Ingredients
-
250 g Flour, Wheat, bread flour
-
1 teaspoon Baking powder
-
0.5 teaspoons Baking powder
-
1 teaspoon Spices, cinnamon, ground
-
120 g Sugar, brown
-
2 piece Egg, fresh
-
80 g Butter, unsalted
-
120 ml Milk, whole milk
-
2 piece Banana, fresh
-
60 g Walnuts
Steps
-
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Place paper liners in the muffin tin.
-
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and ground cinnamon. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients.
-
In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix them with the milk and melted butter. Mix the ingredients with a hand whisk. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork, then mix it with the egg mixture.
-
Pour the banana mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Quickly mix everything together with a spatula or spoon to form a uniform batter, then stir in 2/3 of the chopped walnuts.
-
Fill the paper liners almost to the top with the prepared batter. Sprinkle the reserved walnuts on top. Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. The muffins are done when the batter rises and turns golden brown.
-
Remove the baked muffins from the oven. Wait a few minutes for them to cool slightly in the tin, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
