Bananas with Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

60 g Butter, unsalted

4 pieces Banana, fresh

100 g Sugar, white

2 spoons Sweet cream

2 spoons Nuts, almonds, blanched

Peel the bananas and cut them into approximately 2 cm thick slices.

Melt butter in a pan and lightly brown the banana slices. Cook them for about 5 minutes, turning them carefully to ensure they are evenly browned on all sides. Remove the cooked bananas from the pan and keep them warm on a plate.

Sprinkle sugar into the pan. Stir until the sugar melts. Then stop stirring and cook on low heat until the mixture turns golden brown. Remove the pan from the heat, add sweet cream, and mix well to create a smooth sauce.

Arrange the banana slices on plates, sprinkle with almond flakes, and drizzle with the caramel sauce. Serve the prepared dessert.
