Some prepare this dish with milk, but this time we offer you a recipe with a soup base. This can be vegetable, beef, or chicken – the main ingredients are just flour crumbs and eggs. Simple and ready in 20 minutes.

Crack the eggs into a bowl, beat with a fork, and season with salt. Add the flour and mix everything together with a fork into a thick batter without lumps. Wash your hands and further crumble the mixture with your fingers to make it even and without visible flour.

Bring the soup base to a boil in a pot and stir in the dough pieces with a fork. Cook for another 10 minutes, then serve in bowls, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.
