Ingredients

2 twigs Parsley, fresh

1 piece Onion, raw

1 piece Chili peppers, red chili, fresh

2 cans Beans, baked, can

3 pinch Salt, table

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black

2 spoons Vinegar, red wine

1 spoon Alcohol, Wine, White

4 spoon Oil, olive
Steps

Thoroughly wash the parsley, dry it, and chop it finely. Peel the onion and chop it finely as well. Wash the chili, remove the seeds, and cut it into very small pieces. Open the can of white beans and drain them thoroughly. Place the beans in a colander and rinse them well under running water.

Transfer the beans to a large bowl, add the chili, onion, and parsley, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Add vinegar, white wine, and olive oil. Mix the ingredients well and serve the prepared salad.
