Drain the beans from the can, rinse under running water, and drain well. Peel the onion and chop it into small pieces. Drain the tomatoes and cut them into strips. If needed, rinse the parsley sprigs under running water, shake them dry, and roughly chop them. Drain the tuna from the can and break it into smaller pieces with a fork.

In a large bowl, combine the beans, tuna, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, and onion, and mix all the ingredients well. In a small bowl, prepare the dressing with mustard, lemon juice, and olive oil, then pour it over the salad. Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and serve.

Advice
