Ingredients
-
1.5 spoons Oil, olive
-
1 piece Onion, raw
-
2 cups Beans, fresh
-
1 dl Water
-
2 spoons Sesame butter, tahini
-
3 twigs Mint
-
2 spoons Sour cream

Steps
-
Peel the onion and finely chop it. Rinse the mint sprigs under running water if needed and dry them. Remove the leaves from the sprigs and roughly chop them.

Heat the oil in a small pot. Add the chopped onion and sauté it for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it softens and becomes translucent. Add the beans and pour in the water. Simmer over moderate heat until the beans soften (about 10 to 15 minutes). Add more water if needed during simmering.

Advice
Instead of fresh beans, you can use frozen ones, and mint can be replaced with lemon balm or parsley.
