Bean Spread with Tuna
An excellent spread that can be quickly prepared from canned tuna, white beans, cream cheese, olive oil, capers, lemon juice, and garlic.

400 g Beans, grains, cooked

120 g Fish, tuna, in oil

1 piece Garlic, fresh

1 teaspoon Carp, soaked

Steps

Drain the beans from the can, rinse them under running water, and drain well. Peel the garlic and roughly chop it.

Place the drained beans in a food processor. Add the tuna along with its oil, garlic, lemon juice, capers, and cream cheese, then blend all the ingredients until smooth. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the prepared spread in a nice bowl. Drizzle it with a little olive oil, sprinkle with chili, and serve with fresh or toasted bread.

Advice
