Beans with Vegetables in Tomato Sauce

800 g Beans, grains, cooked

Steps

Chop the onion and garlic, cut the carrot into smaller pieces, and slice the bell pepper thinly.

Heat olive oil in a larger pot. Add the onion and carrot and sauté the vegetables over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add the bell pepper and sauté for another 5 minutes, then stir in the garlic, and when it becomes fragrant, add the tomato paste and mix well.

Add the diced tomatoes, drained beans, bay leaf, sugar, and vinegar. Pour in enough water to completely cover the ingredients in the pot. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook the dish over low heat for 25 minutes.

At the end, stir in the sour cream. Serve the dish on plates and accompany it with bread.
