Ingredients
Marinade
-
3 spoons Soy sauce, shoyu
-
2 spoons Vinegar, distilled
-
1 pod Garlic, fresh
-
1 teaspoon Spices, ginger, ground
-
1 teaspoon Sugar, white
-
300 g Meat, beef, thigh
-
250 g Pasta, noodles, fresh
-
200 g Broccoli, fresh
-
4 pieces Onion, young
-
4 spoon Oil, plant, sunflower
-
0.5 bouquet Coriander, leaves, fresh
Steps
-
Wash the meat, dry it, and cut it into thin strips against the grain. Wash the onions, peel them, and finely chop. Peel the garlic, crush it with a knife, and chop. Wash the broccoli, remove the tougher stems, and separate it into individual florets. Wash and pluck the cilantro and chop it.
-
In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of oil. Mix the marinade well and add the meat to it, marinating for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, bring 1 liter of salted water to a boil in a pot. Add the noodles and cook according to the package instructions. Drain the cooked noodles and rinse them with cold water.
-
Heat a wok and pour in the remaining oil. Spread the oil over the sides of the wok as well. Add the broccoli to the well-heated wok (reserve some for garnish) and stir-fry over moderate heat for 2 minutes. Add the noodles and toss in the wok for 2 minutes. Finally, add the beef and the marinade. Stir-fry while mixing for 10 minutes, then add the green onions and cilantro at the end. Quickly mix and let everything sit in the wok over low heat for another 2 minutes.

Transfer the dish to plates and serve.
