Ingredients
-
700 g Meat, beef, dried beef
-
15 pieces Tomato, red
-
1 piece Onion, raw
-
1 piece Bell pepper, yellow, fresh
-
3 spoons Oil, olive
-
1 teaspoon Spices, dill, dried
-
1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table
-
2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps
-
Thoroughly wash the beef, clean it, and pat it dry. Then cut it into 1cm pieces. Wash the tomatoes and bell peppers, remove the seeds from the bell pepper, and cut it into smaller squares. Peel the onion and also cut it into smaller pieces.
-
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from both halves. In a bowl, mix the dill, oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the beef pieces to the prepared marinade and mix well to coat the meat. Marinate the beef pieces for about 2 hours.
-
Light the charcoal and oil the grill grate. Alternately thread pieces of yellow bell pepper, beef, onion, and cherry tomatoes onto small wooden skewers. Grill the skewers on the preheated grill for about 10 minutes. Turn them several times during grilling to ensure they cook evenly on all sides.
-
Serve the grilled skewers on a plate and offer them to your guests.
