Beef Carpaccio Rolls with Arugula

Ingredients

300 g Meat, beef, fillet - lung roast

250 g Arugula

2 pinch Salt, table

2 spoons Vinegar, balsamic

4 spoon Oil, olive

2 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps

Clean the beef fillet and wrap it in transparent food wrap, then place it in the freezer for one hour.

Sort the arugula, wash it, and dry it well. Place it in a bowl and season with two tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and balsamic vinegar. Slice the chilled beef fillet into thin slices using a sharp knife.

Arrange the slices on a clean work surface and top with arugula. Roll the slices into rolls and place them on a large serving plate. Drizzle the beef rolls with a little olive oil, season with freshly ground pepper, and serve.
