1 spoon Soy sauce, shoyu
-
0.5 teaspoons Oil, sesame
Steps
-
Thoroughly rinse the beef fillet, dry it with a towel, and cut it into smaller pieces. Peel the onion and finely chop it. Rinse the green beans, mushrooms, snap peas, and bell pepper well. Cut the green beans diagonally into thin strips, clean the mushrooms and slice them, remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into thin strips. Peel the carrot and slice it into rounds. Trim the ends of the snap peas. Rinse the broccoli and separate it into smaller florets.
-
In a larger bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients and mix well. Add the beef pieces to the marinade, mix, and let the meat marinate for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, place a larger pot with a liter of salted water on the stove. Wait for the water to boil, then add the broccoli and snap peas and wait for the water to boil again. Let them boil for about 30 seconds, then immediately drain and cool them in cold water.
-
Thoroughly drain the broccoli and snap peas and set them aside. Place a wok on the stove and heat two tablespoons of oil. Add the beef to the oil and stir-fry until it changes color. Then remove the wok from the heat.
-
Place a new wok on the stove and heat the remaining oil. Stir-fry the onion for about one minute until golden brown, stirring constantly. Add the green beans, broccoli, snap peas, carrot, and bell pepper, and stir-fry for exactly 2 minutes.
-
Then add the mushrooms and stir-fry for another minute. Mix all the ingredients with the beef and season with oyster sauce. Salt to taste, then serve in bowls and offer to your guests.
