Steps

Rinse the steaks under running water, dry them with a paper towel, and rub both sides with salt and pepper. Grease the grill rack with olive oil.

Place the steaks on a well-heated grill and cook them first on one side for 4 minutes, then flip them and cook for 5 minutes on the other side. When you flip the steaks, sprinkle them with myrtle leaves. Transfer the cooked steaks to plates and serve with your chosen side dish.
