Steps

Cut the lime and orange in half and squeeze them well to extract as much juice as possible. Wash the cilantro, dry it, and chop it finely. Wash the meat and dry it with paper towels. Peel the garlic, crush it with a knife, and chop it finely.
-
In a bowl, mix the lime and orange juice, add tequila, garlic, cilantro, chili, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix all the ingredients well and soak the meat in the marinade. Mix the meat well so that the marinade is evenly distributed, cover the bowl, and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
-
The next day, take the meat out of the marinade and dry it. Heat the oil well in a pan and cook the meat on it. Cook it for about 4 minutes on each side. Then take the meat out of the pan, place it on a rack, and cover it with aluminum foil. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
-
Uncover the meat and slice it into thin strips. Serve it on a warmed plate, and offer tortillas, sour cream, or whatever your heart desires to enjoy alongside the juicy meat.
