Beef in Oyster Sauce
Thinly sliced beef fillet strips are quickly stir-fried in a wok with a flavorful marinade, seasoned with garlic, chili, and fresh cilantro, and served with steamed rice. The entire meal can be prepared in just 20 minutes!

600 g Meat, beef, fillet - lung roast

2 teaspoons Soy sauce, shoyu, less salt

3 spoons Oyster sauce

0.5 teaspoons Sugar, white

1 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black

3 spoons Oil, vegetable oil, canola

3 pods Garlic, fresh

1 piece Chili peppers, red chili, fresh

2 spoons Alcohol, Dessert wine

0.25 bouquet Coriander, leaves, fresh
Steps

Slice the beef fillet thinly with a sharp knife, then cut into approximately 1 cm wide strips. In a bowl, prepare a marinade using soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Add the beef strips and mix well.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Remove the stem and seeds from the chili, then finely chop it. Wash, dry, and roughly chop the cilantro.

Place a wok on the stove and heat it over high temperature. Add oil and wait for it to heat up. Add the marinated beef strips to the hot oil and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add the garlic and chili, mix well, and pour in the sherry. Wait for the liquid to boil, then transfer the beef to a plate, sprinkle with cilantro, and serve with your chosen side dish.

Advice
