Slice the cooked beef into strips. Clean the lettuce, wash it, dry it, and tear it into pieces of any size. Peel the onion, halve it, and slice it thinly. Wash the tomatoes. Cut them into quarters.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat pieces while stirring until they are evenly browned. Optionally, season the meat with freshly ground pepper. Prepare the salad dressing: in a small bowl, mix oil, vinegar, water, pepper, and salt.

In a large bowl, mix the lettuce, tomatoes, meat, onion, and salad dressing. Divide onto plates and serve.
