Beef Steaks in Sauce

Ingredients

4 pieces Meat, beef, thigh

6 spoon Oil, olive

2 piece Onion, raw

1 teaspoon Tomato, pieces - can

1 bouquet Parsley, fresh

1 dl Soup base, beef, cube

2 teaspoons Sweet cream

1 pinch Salt, table

1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
Steps

Pound the steaks on both sides and remove any tendons. Season them with salt and pepper. Brush them with olive oil and stack them one on top of the other.

Grease a pan with oil and heat it well, place the steaks in the pan and cook for two minutes on each side. Transfer the cooked steaks to a plate.

In the same pan, add the chopped onion and cook until it turns golden. Add chopped parsley and pour in the broth. Stir in a spoonful of tomato paste and sweet cream. Mix the sauce well and let it cook for a minute or two.

Place the steaks back into the sauce and cover the pan. Reduce the heat and cook for an additional 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Serve the cooked steaks with various side dishes and pour the sauce over them.
