3 spoons Oil, olive
-
2 dl Water
-
2 spoons Tomato, concentrate
-
1 spoon Spices, pepper, black
-
0.5 teaspoons Salt, table

Rinse the beef steaks under running water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Lightly pound them and season with salt and pepper. Place a pan on the stove, heat oil, and sear the steaks on both sides (about 5 minutes per side). Transfer the cooked steaks to a plate.

Pour water into the pan, add tomato concentrate, whole peppercorns, and salt to taste. Stir well with a spatula and scrape any leftover bits from the bottom. Place the steaks into the prepared sauce and pour in any juices that have collected on the plate. Cover the pan and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

Rinse the parsley, finely chop it, and add it to the sauce towards the end of cooking. Stir everything together, remove from heat, and plate. Serve with potatoes, rice, or homemade bread.
