1 pinch Salt, table

1 dl Soy sauce, shoyu

2 spoons Honey
Steps

Wash the steaks, dry them well, and lightly pound them. Rub them with salt and pepper. Place them in a clean bowl and coat them with honey and soy sauce. Marinate the meat in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Wash, clean, and finely chop the onion. Open the canned pineapple.

Take the meat out of the refrigerator. Heat oil in a pan, but be careful not to let it smoke. Carefully place the steaks in the oil and cook them for 5 minutes on each side. Then transfer them to a plate. Add 4 pineapple rings and 5 tablespoons of pineapple juice from the can to the pan. Add the chopped onion and cook everything together over moderate heat for 3 minutes. Lower the heat and add the soy sauce. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with five tablespoons of pineapple juice. Pour the mixture into the pan. Stir the sauce and cook until it thickens.
-
Return the steaks to the pan and add the remaining pineapple juice. Cover the pan and cook over moderate heat for another 15 minutes. Then serve the steaks and place a pineapple ring on each steak.
