8 pieces Endive salad, fresh
-
125 ml Sour cream
-
2 pinch Salt, table
-
1 pinch Spices, pepper, black
-
1 can Green beans, soaked
-
150 g Cheese, Cheddar
Steps
-
Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them well. Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash and dry the tomatoes and chili. Dice the tomatoes. Cut the chili in half, remove the seeds, and finely chop it. Wash the cilantro sprig and chop it finely. Drain the beans from the can, rinse them under water, and drain well. Grate the cheese.
-
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the meat, onion, and garlic, and cook over moderate heat while stirring continuously for 5 minutes, ensuring the meat is evenly browned on all sides and the onion and garlic soften. Add a teaspoon of ground chili, paprika, and cumin. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Then add the chopped chili and cilantro.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Fold the taco tortillas onto a baking sheet and place them in the preheated oven for 3 minutes, then carefully remove them. Hold a corn tortilla with one hand and use a spoon to evenly spread the prepared meat mixture over the entire taco. Add a spoonful of sour cream, a lettuce leaf, tomato, cheese, and some beans. Repeat the process with all seven tortillas. Serve immediately.
