- Difficulty: 2

- Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
-
1 piece Meat, chicken, thighs
-
1 piece Alcohol, Beer
-
2 spoons Tomato, concentrate
-
1 teaspoon Salt, table
-
0.5 teaspoons Spices, pepper, black
-
1 piece Lemon, fresh, without shell
-
1 teaspoon Spices, rosemary, dried
Steps
-
Wash the chicken thoroughly and dry it well. In a small bowl, mix tomato paste, salt, pepper, juice of one lemon, and rosemary. Rub the entire chicken well with the mixture.
-
Open a can of beer and do something very difficult: take a few sips so it's not completely full. "Mount" the chicken onto the beer can. Prepare the grill and place the grill grate where you will cook the chicken, cover it with aluminum foil or use a stand for stability. The aluminum foil will prevent the bones from burning.
-
Place the chicken on a well-heated grill and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
-
When the chicken is cooked, remove the beer can and cut the chicken into pieces. Serve it with a glass of beer or a glass of red wine (or juice if you have children).
